Observation

Based on the staff interviews they indicated that they swaddled babies that are one to two-month-old. Another staff stated that they swaddled all babies. When the staff was asked what they use for swaddled the babies, staff stated that they used receiving blankets. Staff indicated that after this incident they stopped swaddling babies. ??
